I read in my biology textbook that Vitamin A helps with skin (and another Vitamin that I can’t remember). Apparently you can find these in orange fruits and vegetables (carrots, cantaloupes, sweet potatoes, squash, etc.), dark leafy vegetables (spinach, kale, etc.), and liver (if you're not a vegetarian and wouldn't mind it).
