The first two links seem okay. They are following the rules of the Garage Sale. Just have caution when buying from people online as you always should : )

Although I am not sure about the lolita-ness of Gobbolino (sp?), I think the user is alright since she is just replying with a suggestion.

Don't worry about it, haha. Spam is mostly really obvious; the text is really long and doesn't make sense and the user posting it usually only has 1 post.
