Ah, regarding tea - I just drink very sweet-smelling teas, instead of adding sugar - like black tea with rose petals, or green tea with jasmine, or my absolute fav herbal tea - anison!
UPDATE:
I ran yesterday and today! LOL, just 200m, several times, with intervals of brisk walking in between. The first time I was so out of breath my chest hurt, and I was seeing stars and flying monkeys

. The second time my chest hurt, but less, and I was dizzy, but not that dizzy... Eh, small improvement I guess...
But damn, can't wait for the day when I can run a km in one go. I've never been able to do it, ever, so it would be an achievement for me.
