eat alot of vegetables

and fruit. eat chiken too LOL im just telling pplt o eat *sigh* im useless... but if u lived with my family u would be SO SO SO healthy we have like a BIG cup of carrot juice or what ever fruit juice that we make our selves with our damn kool wizz machine (yesterday was melon day) try out healthy foods and find one that ur addicted to like chocolate, then u can eat it 24/7 with out gaining anything. AND excersize until ur abt to die for at least 3-5 times a week.
