Oh really I think this could help me a lot. I have to eat less chips and crisps and candy and eat more fruit and all. And I NEVER take exercise. I'm not fat or something but I just want to lose a few pounds. And I wanna have a better condition

So yeah I join! I'm gonna drink lots of waters and I hope I can resist all that delicious stuff like chips. I've tried it before, but I gave up after a week of two, but maybe this thread will help me now. And it's summer, and I live in the middle of nowhere so I think I'm gonna walk a lot, there's no one who can see me here
