* Learn some more ParaPara. Actually finish learning one for once!! Maybe if I find a ParaParaParadise in Laval or Montréal my hard work could actually pay off.. :]

* Gym on Tuesday and Thursday, DPA on Monday, Track & Field Day on Friday.

Overall Goal

* Flatten my stomache to look nicer for graduation and summer!

* Pray that thighs also get smaller while trying to make my stomache flatter!

* After my stomache seems flatter, I'll slowly start to focus on making my butt smaller, haha.
hmmmmm how should i explain this......
you dont exactly get to pick where you want to lose weight =S
when you exercise you lose weight or 'fat' everywhere in your body. where it gets rid off faster, will depend on how your body works.
'spot reducing' is picking a part and making it smaller. && thats impossible.
so if you do like 534587369 situps daily, it doesNOTHING to your stomach at all. it helps your muscles probably but as of making it smaller, it doesn't work =S

though the good thing is your body loses weight all at the same time! so though its really slow, at least your whole body is losing fat =]
