i lost 2kg. thats like 4lbs i think. iam more toned now since last autumn

14lbs/ 6kg to go till target weightloss baby!!!! now feel like doing MC Hammers infamous dance to go with his song 'cant touch this'
guys i recommend thinking back on the day of songs that you cant not dance to, smash hits such as the eye of the tiger (for those rocky balboa moments), spice girls, britney spears, justin, michael jackson smooth criminal, salt and pepper push it, double trouble, ect. make a mahoosive dance mix, download onto CD's, ur Ipod, mp3s and put them on in your room for an hour a night and just dance like crazy. you can even make exercise moves into a dance move like twirl, crunches, twirl, shimmy, straddle x5 ect. and dont forget the good old bursts of crazy mooving/dancing/jumpingonthespot.punching.and.kickingtheair.notrea llyadancemove.buthighlyenergetic. ahh bits great fun and burns lots of calories.
btw, it is true that you cant choose a particular area to loose weight on per say, but you can concentrate on an area to tone up. like situps wont make you loose weight particularly on your stomach, but if your stomach is already quite flat, it will begin to develop the muscle there and tone up the lines/definition so dont give up on them and get into a routine of doing them, cause the more you train, the more you'll be able to do. try increasing the amount you can do each week and b4 you know it youl be doing like 50, 100, maybe even more, effortlessly so gambatte. i'll try my hardest too. i used to be able to do 100 without stopping but stopped training, but since picking it back up, i worked my way up to 70 without stoppng, nxt week i'l try 75 so wish me luck
