I would love to lose weight and I am trying...is what I've listed below enough?
Breakfast: Cheerios or Alpen (I don't add any sugar on it) and a glass of water.
Lunch: Wholemeal sandwich, cereal bar and a piece of fruit.
Dinner: Whatever my nan cooks but as she's trying to lose weight too it's usually healthy.
Supper: Apple and glass of milk.
I rarely snack between meals but if I do it's fruit. I drink a lot of water too.
I walk home from school which takes me about 20 minutes, I do sit ups and press ups plus I normally do a mile on the exercise bike.
