Its enough for what you are trying to do, but fruit is pure sugar. Try a veggie like tomatoes ((if your tomatoes don't have e. Coli like our's do)) or celery. Celery has a lot of water in it so you can also increase your water intake by eating it. Have a piece of lunchmeat during snacks too. What you are trying to do is very protein limiting ((>>' like mine but I', taking protein pills)) and you can damage yourself by doing it like I did last summer by only eating salads with no meat at all. Make sure you still have your daily fats also. Milk is good if its not skim milk, but you can also eat salami, which has a lot of fat in it. Remember, only eat one piece of salami every two days because it can be bad for you if that is all you eat.
