ok!! i need to get properly healthy. i am currently at 133 pounds, 5'10". i had gained a bunch of weight when i went to visit my dad in may, but i have pretty much lost it all. i am a bit of a junk food fiend but i think if i just allow myself chips on the weekend i should be fine. and TODAY i will go to the gym!!! my goal is to get to 125 which i think is ridiculously reasonable.
