Here's something you can try. Not sure if it will help...
(I use IE7 but you can probably do the same or something similar with another brower...)
View > Encoding > More...
Then select Korean or whatever language from the list. The page will then refresh and, hopefully, those boxes and whatever will look normal. Might not work though, I guess. Give it a try if you haven't, though!
You know how to type the different fonts on your computer?^^
