I have a problem [I think].
It's been going on for a while - I can't stomach my food. I mean - well it's not that I through up, but after all the meals I eat I feel incredibly nauseous.
I was wondering - does anyone have any suggestions to help this stop or does anyone know if this is in any way normal?
Should I go see my doctor?
Also after working out I'm never hungry - but I think this is normal...?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
