I've been called asian wannabe in sort of a question like "do you want to be asian or something?" or "are you an asian wannabe?" it made me a tiny bit mad, but then again i can't blame them for thinking that if i'm wearing asian-ish clothes or listen to asian music, watch anime and asian dramas, have a crap load of manga, visual kei band posters on my walls, gloomy bears, the list goes on. But i've never acted asian, which to me is what makes someone an asian "wannabe" because at that point, you're not being yourself.

I'm really glad that i'm Native American and white, there are many benefits to that, and I love my lifestyle. So just because you enjoy asian merchandise and fashion and music, does not make you an asian wannabe. I mean, maybe some people really do wish they were asian. But it doesn't necessarily mean that everyone who likes those things wants to be asian. As long as I can enjoy the asian things, and have a cute asian to spend the rest of my life with(because they're the only hot men on earth, to me), why would i need to be asian? I love myself the way I am, but yes, i have been approached like im an asian wannabe.
