i've tried diet pills from japan before and this stuff is just 100% crap
also these diet pills can be EXTREMLY DANGEROUS.
try doing a sport! i'm absoloutely not the fitness center girl so i do artistic gymnastics and it TRAINS every muscle in your body. you only work with your own body weight which will help you loosing weight quicker^^
