Basically what it means is 'how do you wish to promote' affiliate programs on the affiliatebot network.
There are many ways people can use, such as posting on forums and blogs, or on their own website, or people who have large mailing lists can promote using email marketing.
This helps merchants understand how you would use their program. Some merchants may not want you to post their ads on 3rd party websites but some merchants like AsiaJam would love it if you posted their ads everywhere.
So, by setting your promo methods, it helps merchants figure out if they want you as an affiliate or not.
And no, you wouldn't list AsiaJam as asiajam is not your website. You can list your own blog, or myspace. And if you don't have any website/s, then just leave the website part empty, but you should fill in the promo methods.
