I'm very lazy too xD ha ha. So what I did, was get a job where I would be standing all day. I currently work at donut king, so we're rushing around all day on our feet, and I'm already losing some weight

...And earning money!! If you want to tone up, you can also look for jobs where you lift things a lot. My brother was a night stocker at a supermarket, and he toned up very well from all the heavy listing and brisk walking that they do.
As everyone else said, I don't think those pills are very healthy. And I don't think I've ever met anyone who said that they actually worked o_o
