Cold hands

So it's getting closer to Winter and it sounds silly but I seem to be suffering from mega cold hands!
Even when I'm inside with the heating on, they're still ice cold and sometimes they get so cold and numb that I can't move my fingers properly =[ it seems to be my right hand more than anything. People are always saying how cold my hands are and someone said I might have a circulatory problem in my hands but I have no idea >.<

Any ideas what it could be? It's probably normal but it's just everyone else seems fine

well what I have heared it helps if you put your hands in cold water for a while, and then in hot water and cold water for a while again and then hot water.. It helps for the blood circulation and after that you could give them a massage once in a while. you better not try to keep them warm all the time. don't wear gloves and all. after a while you feel even colder

i have that exact problem!!
its just bad circulation
it can be cured *apparently* by lots more exercise
but im too lazy to try tht

Thanks for the advice I'll give the cold and hot water thing a try when my nail varnish has dried and as for the exercise thing, I've joined a gym thing at school so hopefully that might help too
