Stupid Question (Passport Related)

Ok, so,

on the application for a passport it asks for your eye color. My eyes are blue-green (depends on what I'm wearing), but on my driver's liscence it says "hazel" (ugh, i'm so stupid, but the guy accepted it. I really feel like an idiot when I think about it, but I know of people who ave liscenses that say their eyes are green when they are really more brown). Should I just write hazel on the application so the documentation matches up? I don't really think anyone is going to take the time to peer into my eyes and make sure it's correct.

doesn't hazel just mean its not one solid colour? i think thats fine to put on it

Yeah my friend has hazel eyes , it like varies everyday from green to brown
