Default side swept fringe help!

hello there! okay lets see... okay, my problem is is that i need help on how to cut and style sidebangs. Currently, i do have side bangs but i really need to cut them b/c they're getting long.. anyways, i hate my bangs! i see other girls at school and they always seem to have the perfect side bangs without much effort , but i on the other hand, have awk bangs... they always do some kind of curve at the top and they never keep the sweep that they're supposed to! so please if anyone has any advice on how to cut side bangs and to style them, can you please help me? here are some of the pics that i kinda wanted my bangs to look like...

but parted like this first pic.

When I had a side fringe I used to roll my fringe with a 1 inch roller & just left it in as I got ready for school. Then when I took it out I pulled it to the side as I ran my fingers through it

Hope that helps n.n'' if you want me to be more specific just ask

I know 100% what you mean!! hahaha
I also have wavy hair myself. I mostly style them with my flat iron.. but these days I like to use my hairdryer too ^__^

You'll need a round brush for it though!
Make sure your bangs are toweldry and blowdry them while using your round brush.. jsut don't overdo it!! You might get a really poofy fringe XD

After that, I use some wax or foam to make them flat. Or I do this after taking a shower.. even at night!

Sometimes I like my hair more when i blowdry it and go to sleep.
(the next day it looks natural flat ^^)

i never really encourage anyone to cut their own hair... howevs, this is how i cut side sweeps: i take the bangs and comb them flat into my hand, then comb them off the OPPOSITE side the bangs are going to lay. i perfect the angle through trial and error of using my finger to clamp a line on the hair then swinging it back to get an idea where it will lie on the face. while the hair is combed off at the angle i cut a straight line. when you brush them into place, woo, side swept bangs. made easy.

and i'm with laura-aap, round brush + blowdryer!
