how to accentuate aegyo-sal?

i have aegyo-sal (those puffy Korean eyebags, i'm already assuming most people here will know what they are^^) but i also have really long bottom lashes so they're kinda hidden ><; is there anything i can do to accentuate them more? because i really think they're cute, but i don't wanna like trim my eyelashes or anything xD;

Maybe just a little glittery highlighter. Don't put it over the whole 'eyebag' but like in the middel of it. Maybe that will help (or I'm just talking nonsense here =P)
