selling stuff on the internet ?

i want to sell some of my stuff on the internet, i've decided to create my own website. but i'm not sure about the paying method.

i have no idea what paypal is, do i really need this ? and if i do, how do i set it up ?

when people buy stuff, is it better for them to pay first ? or pay later ?

please give me some advice >_< !

pay first definitely!

paypal would be the safest and most hassle free payment method. you can set one up with a credit card or bank account and its pretty easy once you get going...

have you considered making a selling journal on livejournal.com?

well i already set up a website .. at the moment i've said you can pay by concealed cash. but i need to think more about paypal.

well paypal is the safest way to recieve payment.

with concealed cash there's lot's of problems with lost mail & all the risks.

with paypal you basically set up a account.

than you have to get verified.

get verified by attaching a credit card or using your bank.

If you start your own shop it's best to have paypal because many people have it & they'll feel more safe about sending payment
