Question How to reduce my bust size? Embarassing!

ooookaay, so you know the other post I made about losing weight right? Well, it's going fine and I'm being healthy and losing it, there's just one itsy bitsy problemmm....

My waist is smaller, my hips are smaller, buuuut, my bust hasn't budged.
Now, I know you're probably thinking, it shouldn't have, You've only been at it for a few weeks. But that's not true, as time goes on, I've been slowly losing weight anyway, without doing anything. But as my waist goes down, my bust seems to go up. And It's really frustrating! I can hardly ever buy a bra that fits, and none of my clothes fit properly; I'm a UK 16 at the bust, and a UK 10-12 at the waist, everything I wear makes be look fat, bulgy or pregnant. They're also causing other problems like, they get in the way of things from leaning over to games in PE. They hurt, as well. Like, they ache, and I think they're giving me bad posture.....

Well, the point of this post is......What should I do!!???!
I dunno if there's a natural way to reduce them, or something non-painful/harmful I can wear to make them smaller (and please don't say a minimizer bra...) or should I go to the doctors or something?

Waah.....I feel so stupid posting this on an online forum, but I really don't know where to turn.....

I don't think there is any natural way to reduce them... I think that's the slowest part to reduce the size in... but when you do lose weight, they get smaller, so don't worry. I think it's only more noticeable if you lose tons and tons of weight at a time. *sigh*

anyway, for a temporary solution, do you have a good sports bra for PE?

I heard that a lot of girls that had that similar problem when doing physical activity, and so they found the right sports bra for them, and it worked wonders. Try looking at this site here.

I just read a review of it/someone raving about it in a magazine I just got, so it must be worth a try... and they look pretty nice to me, now that I see it myself. I guess the separate padding for your breasts (on these bras) would be more supportive in keeping them snug so that it doesn't hurt doing physical activity.

I don't know if you can buy them offline anywhere, but it's worth a look.

And then, of course, there's breast reduction. But it sounds kind of risky to me... and it can impair your ability to breast feed children later on in life, and things like that.

Hmm. I think you should give it a little more time. MAYBE it will decrease in size as you lose more weight. There's no way to tell if the thickness is fat or tissue.

If it doesn't change in like, say, a year after dramatic weight loss...then consider surgery? It's really not good for your back if your chest is unproportional to your body. A lot of people that had undergone breast reduction were generally happy with their decision.

I wouldn't worry too much right now because as you go on loosing weight they'll probably get smaller but I have a friend who has always been large in her bust but small in her waist and she moans about it sometimes but most of the time it doesn't seem to bother her. She just wears sportsbras for PE.

hahaha, thanks for your advice.
I think I was just in one of my paranoia-I-have-such-a-horrible-body type of mood. But the sports bra thing helped, I can't believe i never thought of that......

eugh, but If they don't decrease, I'd never go for surgery, I'm waayy to scardey and paranoid that somrthing bad would happen.

(uhh, I was measuring myself today, and if Idid it right, they've gone down anyway........ )
