Hairstyle help

I'm going to get my hair cut on saturday, ad the problem is, I don't really have any ideas XD
I want it kind of j-rock style inspired, ofcourse I won't be able to get it that way since I have caucasian (sp?) hair, but anything that would suit me would be fine.. and it shouldn't be too usual or too short (layered is ok with me though)
My hair is pretty long on the front (I want it a bit shorter) and shorter on the back, and I would like to keep a fringe covering my forehead since it's big XD

So, any tips, pics... ideas... heck, even color ideas are welcome, since my hair is carrot blonde atm XD

I also think that color would somewhat suit you, and it isn't that far from the color you have now so it couldn't be a total disaster ^^

Oooh thats too cute! But I don't have enough hair to do that
And I used to have that color, but I got tired of that after 2 years (NEVER dye with Henna!!!!)
