Ooh.. Lucky. I was an affiliate for like almost a year now and I still haven't got 15 clicks, I don't advertise it though xD
I'm pretty sure they ship to the Philippines. I won a top in the lucky draw on Nov 2007 and I got it fine.

I'm not sure. But maybe it's because of the Christmas or something so they'll take longer than usual.

It's not always shoelaces, sometimes a purse or a phone charm.
