Plug 'em but Plug Where?

Hi again!
If you've already joined the Affiliate Program (or planning to join), you're probably finding places to plug your referral link. Lets help each other out! Spill your ideas because knowledge-sharing is the best way you can grow!

Here are some places we recommend:

1) Your MySpace / Friendster profile
Your profile speaks a lot about you. Show your large network of friends (and soon-to-be friends) who you are by personalizing your recommendations & favorites. Use one of our supeeer cute & ready-to-use 'I Love AsiaJam' mini banners to triple the cuteness in your profile instantly!



2) Your Blog (Livejournal, Blogspot etc)
Whether you're a celebrity blogger, moderate blogger or light blogger, you've found the place to plug your referral link! Why? Because your blog generates lots of traffic from like-minded people constantly so your recommendation & personal touch matters! You could plug your referral links in your daily entries or to save yourself the hassle, plug them directly in your Profile's 'About Me' page!

3) Online Forums
If you feel your recommendations or our website is in the interest of people in an online forum, why not share it? You could include your referral link to text or banners when you share our site with others. But wait - there's another way to plug your links in forums... see how below...

4) Insert Your Referral Link In Your Signature
Signatures - they are banners/text/URLs located at the very bottom of every forum post or e-mail you send out. Plug your text/banner link as your signature and you can be sure your referral won't be missed! If you already have a signature, you don't have to replace it with your referral link... simply include it below your current

5) Submit Your Referral Link To A Directory
If you think our website fits into a category of an online directory, submit our website with your referral link! This is a great way to generate lots of traffic which could convert into commission :idea:

I tried to post the html that's given in several places but it didn't seem to work. I'm not sure if it's the place I put it or if there's a glitch in the code.. I tried Myspace and it didn't even work there..

I don't believe Javascript is working with myspace anymore. :?

Probably have to extract the HTML link part, and don't use the whole link.. remove all those javascripts. I'll investigate a bit and will be back with more info!!

hm. so if i just put asiajam banners on random forums, i mean how does it know I'm the one that put them there?

^You link the banners back with the "unique url" which contains the info to who is referring asiajam

^ In the affiliatebot.com website, after you sign-up and everything there is a section I think called Get Link or something like that, click that then go to AsiaJam to get the link

ohokay. i did find that but none of the banners work on my myspace, so i'm going to put them somewhere else.
