AsiaJam AffiliateBOT link on Myspace

Hi Guys,

It appears that there are many of you who wants to place AsiaJam affiliate link on myspace. AffiliateBOT have a new feature now at the Get Links page where you can check the bod that says 'Remove Javascript'. Once you removed Javascript, your link would work on MySpace or other 3rd party site/s that does not allow javascript.

Here's how to do it:

1. Log into your AffiliateBOT account at www.AffiliateBOT.com

2. Click on Get Links (then select the AsiaJam Program). You need to first join our Program.

3. Then select the ad you want, and click on it, a page will open with your code on it.

Here's how your code looks like:

Now, click on 'Remove javascript'

It'll then look like this:

Now, for some reason MySpace will display the ..Begin AffiliatebOT.com Affiliate Code.. blah... You need to remove all the content between <!-- and -->, both at the beginning and the end of the code so it'll look like this:

Now, it should work fine.

Ohh, so that's why! I tried so many different things to get it on my myspace, but of course it didn't work. So I gave up and put a text link. XD Thanks a lot for this!!

Yeah, I just tried it, and the code like, partially disappears. It's weird. Maybe I'll wait till later today to try it again. I might have just posted it funny. ^^;

Nevermind! It works. I forgot to put in the .jpg. XD Thanks so much!!

Did you add the .jpg at the end of the img tag?

thanks - I've done that and now at least there is a link on my home page - it looks real pretty

the only problem is that when I tried the link it didn't work - it said page not found or something like that.
Me and computers don't have much luck

Hi,
I'm also having trouble with placing a banner on MYSPACE (Link ID 11447). I did all the necessary requirements and I get this message when the banner is clicked:

"DOES NOT RECOGNIZE: Too many redirects occurred trying to open “http://www.asiajam.com/integration/a...http%3A%2F%2F”. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page."

I have checked "set link to open in new browser", "removed java script", and "encrypt tracking link".

Please advise.

I can't get it to pop up in another tab/window, and it goes to this page that Tom made warning people not to put their Myspace passwords in that page if it asks for it. Then there's the link to the Asiajam site, so I don't think it's counting the clicks. What do I do?
