A bit pissed actually...
Which I don't usually get, but my patience is about to run out...
Well, I got my 15 clicks sometime last year (it must be about 9 months ago, I can't remember for sure) and I emailed Asiajam with my adress, name and all, and they confirmed it, emailing me back. So, I thought that I was gonna get some sort of free gift, since that's what everyone else has been getting, and I wasn't expecting it, like, in a month or so, because I know others got theirs a bit late, which is fine.
Now, I never got mine, and never heard from Asiajam. I contacted them again, with my name, adress, and my forum username, but still haven't heard from them. That was in late January, I think.
What to do now? I'd really like my free gift, and I have 35 clicks now, so that should be more than enough to proove it... -___-

Your prize was mailed. We can provide you your tracking number but I don't think that's of any use if it was 9 months ago. I'm sorry it didn't reach you. We'll ship another to you.

If that's the case, you're not the ones at fault. It's just strange, I've never lost anything send to me in the mail before, but I guess one time has to be the first. Maybe it's because I moved to another apartment around that time?

I'm not sure why.. we've experienced a few lost mails before (though, not often). There are many reasons why parcels don't reach. The most popular are:
1. Did not claim their package from the post office. Sometimes, customers say they didn't even receive notification that they have a parcel waiting for them. The post will hold their mail for about 7-14 days and mail it back to us and sometimes on the way back, it gets lost. OR, it reaches us. Depending on the kind of mail it is, we will decide whether or not to resend it. For prizes, we ship them for free. But if it is unclaimed and sent back to us, we will not re-send the prize because we will only bear the shipping cost once. But if it's an order, we will write to the customer to ask them to pay shipping fees again to redeliver.
2. Caught up in the customs office. The custom officer will ask customers to pay taxes but if the customer refuses, they will ask AsiaJam to bear it. However, it's stated in our policy that taxes must be borne by customers. So if customers AND AsiaJam refuse to pay the tax, the customs will just discard the parcel.
3. Lost mysteriously. AsiaJam ships everything using Registered Mail (that means, there's a tracking number). When a parcel fails to reach, AsiaJam will lodge a report at our local post. Then the blaming game starts: Pos Malaysia will blame the destination country for losing it and the destination country will claim they never received it in the first place. Then they'll open an 'investigation' that takes a couple of months before admitting fault and issuing the necessary refunds.
In your case, it was 9 months ago and it wasn't even sent back to us. So we won't bother filing a report because the post will claim it has been too long and they don't have record of the parcel anymore.
Rest assured, we'll be mailing you another prize. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I wish that I knew why they get lost, so that I could solve the mystery and you didn't have to ship out extra gifts.
Anyway it's okay, I just thought that I was being ignored, that's what made me grumpy, it was more that than the fact I never recieved anything.
