I've got some questions but let's take it one at a time

However on Affiliatebot, it's stated as

Our LOYAL customer base benefits YOU! When a customer YOU referred keeps returning to shop at AsiaJam, you will earn a 15% commission everytime they buy, for up to 1 Year! So, your revenue stream will only GROW.

So which one is correct? 10% for life or 15% for a year?

The AffiliateBOT is right... I think it's wrong at AsiaJam... you get recurring revenue of 15% up to 1 year. Sorry for the mis-information.

Note: You can't use this for your own purchases... All 'own' purchases will not quality for commissions.

What happens after 1 year? If the customer use my referral link again after 1 year, will the cookie be reset again e.g I earn commission for another year?

Also, I understand that the commission will be locked for a while to prevent chargebacks. What's the lock-in period before the commission is confirmed e.g 30 days?

If the customer clicks on your link, yes, then you still get the commission after 1 year... but you won't get another year because it's already an existing customer...
