It confuses me to da max. It says "see instructions" a lot, but, heh, I can't seem to find those instructions?
Some explanation on the site might be useful, especially for foreign people, aka the people who don't speak English as their native language.

The w-8ben form basically states that you're not a US citizen and do not need to pay US taxes on your affiliatebot earnings. If you're not a US citizen, I think it's ok even if you don't fill it out.
Hmm I already had an email about it, seems I do have to fill it in.
So it's not a big deal if I fill it in wrong? (I'll do my best but I can't guarantee a thing haha.)
Just so I don't get charged with tax fraud y'know.
