Hi! Here's a friendly reminder to all lucky draw winners..

1) Please include your FULL address, including ZIP code and Country when giving us your mailing details.

Remember that our fellow Jammers are from different parts of the world so help us ship your prizes to the right place. That way, we can ship your prizes fast so you could enjoy them faster!

2) All prizes are sent using Registered Airmail, meaning, you need to sign for them when it arrives. If you can't sign for it, you would need to claim your prize from your local post office. If it is unclaimed, the post will ship your prizes back to us and we will not redeliver your prize!!

Ok question... I'm up at my college right now. How would i get my package. They don't directly deliver to our dorms, they are shipped to a warehouse on campus and we get a slip telling us we have a package... Would that work or would i have to get it at the post office? And if it's arrives at the post office, how would i know that it is there? So many questions>_< sorry! lol :shock:

gempresario: I don't know how your campus delivers mails to students because different places have different systems so you would need to ask the people in charge of your mail about that.

Registered mail requires the recipient's signature to prove that delivery has been made. Although, it may not necessarily be signed by you - it could be signed by the person who receives the mail at the address.

MagnumMYVizt: Don't worry, we eventually figured out which country you're from We'd appreciate it if you could include your full mailing address next time because we're posting your prizes from Malaysia.

the first message i sent had an incomplete address because i accidently pressed the 'enter' button on the keyboard in the middle of typing. ops: but i sent a second one with everything included. i didn't get a reply to that but i'm assuming you got it and that it was all okay.
