Well, okay. I guess it doesn't give you depression, but as long as you have family and friends that will help you ge tthrough the medication it's good. I'm glad your acnes gone away pink!

i have this same problem, dermatologist doesn't help either

so far i only use proactive to keep it from getting worse
exercise, lots of water, and eating lots of fruits and vegetables really help

Naah XD Tried that once. Didn't work very well for me though..

Try be outside in the sun as much as you can. Not to much cause the sun isn't that good to your skin. But the sun makes my acne less For a while.

I use Clinique. It really gets rid of tha acne and helps prevent it.
Macy did some samples on me to find my type of skin.
I used almost every brand. Shiseido, neutrogena, etc. nothing worked.
But Clinique really works! They gave me samples to try and I loved it! So i bought big bottles of it.

When I get those inflamed red pimples, I put some ice on it, it reduces the redness and shrinks it a bit.

Proactive doesn't work for that many people even though the commercials said they do. Such lies ;\ But I guess, drink a lot of water, stay away from sweets, and exercise. ^__^

well i heard if you put lemon juice on your face
it kills the zits
maybe coz of the acid in it............
but it stings i can tell you now coz it kills the bugs
so it'll take tmie to get used to
lemon juice is good but it hurts so yeah ^^
