Re: Best BB cream?
There isn't really a "best" brand for BB creams...it's like the same with foundations and skincare products, you need find one thats suitable for your skin type
A lot of BB creams already have foundation-like and whitening properties already (:
I haven't really tried that much BB Cream so I'm probably not the best to reccomend...but you could try Missha's Perfect Cover, as well as foundation and whitening, it has nice coverage and very high SPF..I think it's like SPF 42 but I might be wrong...however the down side is that the oil cotrol isn't the best and that it may clog pores (it clogged mine T^T)
So yeah...to find the best BB Cream would require trial and error unfortunately. Hope you find the prefect one soon ^^

Re: Best BB cream?
I agree with kawaiimagic you could try expreimenting with different BB Creams & see which works for you best...
In my opinion I find that Missha BB Cream works best for me. Great coverage with an SPF of 42 & the addictive smell

Re: Best BB cream?
I got a bunch of BB Cream samples from a girl on another forum one time, and my absolute favorite was from Missha. I ordered some on eBay, but it wasn't the same as the sample... I was really sad, because the sample I got was A-MAZING! It made my skin look really even for once, haha. I just wish I knew exactly which one it was; I threw away the sample package when I was done and forgot what it was. *cries*
Other BB Creams I've heard are good though are the Skin Food brand. I've heard nothing but raves about that, though if you're just starting out on BB Cream, I would definitely check out Missha since it's totally inexpensive and great.

Re: Best BB cream?
You should also check out Etude House Magic BB Cream. This is one of my favorites, has 34 SPF and goes on very nicely. And I agree with others, Missha is one of my favorites as well.

Re: Best BB cream?
L'egere is probably the most common and popular BB cream in Taiwan, I read the review, it's pretty good, it does almost everything, from whitening, acne, oil control...dadala... Although it claims that it has sun protection, but it didn't mention how much spf or what kind of protection specifically. If you are thinking about L'egere, you would need to have some sunscreen to go with that.
Once again, from review, I heard Missha's Perfect cover is just as good as L'egere, but it's not good for oily skin. If you have oily skin, you can probably try Missha's Watery BB cream, I heard is kind of dark though.
I'm going to try out my first BB very soon as well, I got the Etude Magic BB cream (with spf), from what I've read, Etude's BB cream is generally pretty good, and it has good oil control and brightening, I was debating between Etude and L'egere. Another good brand is probably skinfood, but different BB cream....different effects, and some can be good, some can be....just not for you.
One more thing, don't buy from the official English/Singapore sites, they charge about 2x or 3x as much as they would charge in Korea, and shipping is usually around $6. Try eBay sellers with good reviews, and check the item history to see how many has been sold.
BB cream...exciting stuff. ^^
