which make-up brand is better?
i have a compact by hard candy and lip gloss by urban decay but which do you think is more usable/cooler?
the fact that they both have equally cute packaging doesnt help!
i dont usually buy non-drugstore brands, but hard candy's lip plumper is the best and most effective lip plumber ive ever used even against the $50 "lip injection" or the popular lip venom brand etc. ones. hard candy's is only $12 too...
i own both; i feel like urban decay is higher quality than hard candy, but hard candy pkging is UBERcuuute, so they still got me.
i think urban decay products have more pigment in them, too, which also makes them SEEM higher quality.
popBEAUTY products are also super-cute and still really good quality.

I chose Urban Decay. Even though I've owned more Hard Candy, because it's more affordable... but Urban Decay is much better quality. Just too expensive in Canada. ><
Oooh both are so cute... but as everyone is saying Urban Decay seems to be higher quality. I've never seen a Hard Candy counter but have an Urban Decay one..so seems sort of higher up there with all of the posh make ups.. but cooler ^_^
