good food = good skin?
Does anybody know of any foods to eat that are good for your skin or hair? Maybe what foods to avoid? Or does anybody know any websites with this type of information?? Help is much appreciated!

Lately I've stopped eating greasy foods and started eating more fruits and vegetables and my face has cleared up miraculously

^ Yeah, citrus fruits are supposed to be great for you skin. Thanks for reminding me! Putting some lemon juice in your water can help clear up your skin AND your insides. Also, dipping cotton balls in lemon juice and rubbing that on your face can rapidly reduce acne (I ran out of lemon juice and haven't had time to buy any lately but it worked for me! (besides the little bit of burning that accompanies it :/)

Pretty much.
Make sure you eat fruits of all colours to make sure you're getting everything your body needs.
Cranberries are really good antioxidants and water is a must since it washes out all the nasties in your body.
Keep eating healthy and try to avoid junk food and you're guaranteed results within weeks.
I'm sure there are a lot of sites that provide more information, just google them and you'll be right :]
Good luck!
Oh yeah, and I read that having a slice of lemon each morning helps detox your body, so stock up on 'em lemons!

Hm, does tofu and eating fish help your skin? I always hear from my mom and such that eating tofu or fish can help make your skin smoother and whiter, lol

I don't know about soy milk.
But I've heard that fish oil is supposed to help your skin.

I read in my biology textbook that Vitamin A helps with skin (and another Vitamin that I can’t remember). Apparently you can find these in orange fruits and vegetables (carrots, cantaloupes, sweet potatoes, squash, etc.), dark leafy vegetables (spinach, kale, etc.), and liver (if you're not a vegetarian and wouldn't mind it). Hope that helps! :]

You should ask your dermatologist if this medication (or any type) is suitable for your skin before you try it, since everyone's skin varies.
