i'm not sure if it'll be the same on your computer (i have a mac) but i go to playback -> slower.

eating:
NO eating after 9:30 PM
LESS in-between meal snacks (heehee, i had to do less instead of no >.<)
NO more soda
LESS portions of food!

exercise:
RUN at least one mile at least twice every weekday
LEARN new para para dances!
Do more Countdowns and Flames! At least three times every week!

treat/reward:
hot bath at the end of the week
and look better in clothes

Ok, so I was meeting one of my friends today who I hadnt seen in a while. And I thought, yay she MIGHT mention that maybe I look a bit better? Maybe I look a bit skinnier?

Well, she did mention something.

"Wow, you look fatter!!"

OUCH.

Guess I better exercise more!

You shouldn't care what people say. Besides, a particular outfit can make you look drastically different (by either hiding fat, or showing fat that isn't there).

Aaaah I just tried some of them ParaPara.. I felt really stupid doing them. lol.
They must be good to tone up your arms, but they don't really get your heart racing do they?

I actually eat super healthy; I've been vegetarian for 6 years now. I stay away from oily foods, transfatty foods, junk food. I don't binge on sweets, I relish in eating fruits and vegetables. But when I do eat, I eat like an elephant. O_0 And I don't really exercise, so I'm not considered extremely fit. I look like an average teenager with no weight issues, but I have a TON of fat and not enough muscle. That's why I'm in the workout room for gym but I'm only there for first period (it's the morning -_-; ), which is about 33 minutes at most.. and most of the time I pedal on the creaky immobile bike/ treadmill furiously, even though I'm not getting anywhere. It's rather dismal in the morning.

Oh wow just what I need haha I've been trying to get back into shape since I've gotten so lazy and I'm not in any activities that require me to work out anymore. I've already worked out an exercise schedule that alternates what I do each day and I made a check off list so I could squeeze in various parts of it throughout the day ^^ Smart, no? I'm just gonna briefly describe the list since there'll be too much to type out.

So like Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday I do various arm exercises (push ups, weight lifting, etc), jumping jacks and stretches.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday I work out my lower body (sit ups, lunges, etc), run a mile and stretches.

My eating habit is horrible. I munch when I'm stressed. I munch when I'm bored. I munch when something tempts me. I'm a major sweet tooth... -_-;; So I've decided no more munching or eating when I'm not hungry other then the appropriate times for lunch and dinner. And if I do snack it has to be healthy serving sizes. Serving sizes for meals too!

So far the exercise schedule's working out. But my munching hasn't stopped ^^;;

i' ve gained weight, :C not since first posting in this thread,
but since i've started losing weight, i lost about 4pounds,
and i've gone back up to my original weight > __<;;
sucks so much rrr

Lots of sit-ups and push-ups...

Goals~
To look good in nice clothing =3
And to be healthier
And then some Manga =]

I think this is a great idea! I've already started being a bit healthier this week, but I'm sure this will help a bit more.

eat/drink
* Drink tons more water! So skin looks nice and reduces how much food I eat. Because I think I mistake hunger for thirst more often than not.

* No crisps. ): They're my weakness because if I have one packet, then I end up having like three because I can't stop. So the easiet way for me is to not eat any!

*Healthy snacks, yuck. Don't eat too many snacks in between meals. I think this is the reason why I'm pudgy in the belly. I snack quite a bit in between meals. /:

exercise
* Bike AT LEAST once every other day, for 20/30 mins. Once a day would be better.

* Bike will tone legs and bum. d: So do sit ups and crunches and stuff after biking. 10 sit ups and 10 crunches to start with.

* Go to badminton club at school on fridays.

goals

* MAJOR GOAL: tone belly as it's well flabby and stuff.

* Reduce butt size so I don't look so out of porportion, haha. d:

* Tone legs, so I can look nice in shorts and skirts.

*Just be more healthy in generall.

Oh, I swear I can't find many savoury healthy snacks and I don't like sweet things, so I'm not too keen on fruit. Any suggestions?

And a tip for you guys: I swear that drinking water REALLY helps! My record was 5 litres in one day. xD My skin looks a bit better as well after drinking so much all week. (: Hopefully if I keep it up it'll start looking good. Oh and another tip, before I forget. xD If you've had one or two snacks, brush your teeth then you won't really want to eat anymore because of the minty taste. d: Heh, I make no sense.

Anybody got any suggestions for how to tone yer buttocks? xD

So, last week, I didn't exactly follow my rules.. I only ran once, and I forgot to do countdowns. I learned half a parapara.. Well, here it is for this week!

Week of 5/12 - 5/18

eating:
NO eating after 9:30 PM
NO inbetween meal snacks, besides fruit
NO more soda
LESS portions of food! *especially starch, more vegetables
LESS dessert and sweets!

exercise:
RUN at least one mile at least twice every weekday
LEARN new para para dances!
Do more Countdowns and Flames! At least three times every week!

treat/reward:
Hot bath at the end of the week
Visit asian store and buy myself kawaii stickers

and just a slight question.. when do you guys eat your meals? Becuase i was trying to eat at a normal mealtime and i realized i eat at really wacky times.

ofcourse you can join ! anyone can join ! : D
hmhm about mealtimes, i usually (schoolday) eat breakfast 8, lunch is spread out as eat part of it at different times, but usually, 1,2. supper around 7, 7:30.

erm erm if you want to lose weight , i suggest eating breakfast as soon as you get up ish, as your metabolism is quite high then i think. also i guess it prevents hunger building up and eating tons. 'lunch' is best spread out over the day in small parts to prevent snacking. supper is my main meal, i think best time to eat about 6ish.. don't eat late because you're probably less active in the evening so don't burn it off.
erm that's what i think don't count me on that x'D;;

anyways uh i kind of failed a little last week so this week:

eat
no snacks especially crunch corners (although we ran out ha)
no buying food
no binge eating at parties x'P

exercise
finish learning parapara i started last week x'D

goal
lose some weight > n<
i have no way of weighing myself though haha


+just a random thought, do you girls (and guys?) have a 'goal weight' you'd like to get to ? a clothes size you'd like to be? a fitness level ? or do you just intend to keep going until you feel comfortable about your weight ?

Yeah, I do.........I've been doing this for like over a year now lol and I STILL havent reached my weight goal...but thats kinda coz Im a cheater

My weight goal is 55-60 kgs....and Im 70 now SO I have to lose at least 10 kgs T_T
