Well, I've been doing well these past two days! I should be drinking a bit more water though. I'm not going to include my meals in my progress list thingies, as I always eat healthy meals. d:
monday:
Got up at 20 past 6 for a 30 min bikeride
Did Trampolining in PE.
Snacks: Two slices of toast with a small amount of butter and a small packet of crackers.
tuesday.
Got up at 10 past 6 for a 45 min bikeride
Did tennis in PE.
Snacks: Two slices of toast with a small amount of butter and a banana.
I'm going to go for a bike ride tomorrow morning as well and thursday and friday, but I'm going to have a lie in on the weekends and perhaps go on a gentle bike ride then, but only with friends or something. And I'm going to do badminton on friday.
Oh this dog nearly knocked me off my bike this morning. ): It jumped up and it's owner was all "Oh don't worry, he just wants to play!" Ugggh, keep your puppy on a lead if he's bound to JUMP on people when they're on a bike. x:
The reason why I get up so early for a bike ride is that I have to catch the bus at 8 and really, the only time I'll go on a bike ride is in the morning. Otherwise I won't bother. d: I've been doing well so far!
Oh aaaaaand, I'm going to measure my waist, and everytime I lose an inch I'll get a reward or someting, but once I've reached the point were I'm happy about how I look, I'll still bike ride in the mornings, but probably not every morning, but every other or something. I don't want to loose TOO much weight! I just wanna be healthy and comfortable with how I look. :3

Muahahaha! I finally exercised today!
I've always wanted to get Kickboxing lessons but my mom thinks it's a "guy sport" :\
I also need to learn how to dance for prom (and if my friend happens to bail on me, whatever. he won't get to see my new dance moves then)

LOl, I really need to join this thread. I usually watch what I eat and eat healthy. But I've been over eating a lot latetly and I couldn't stop even if I have a stomach ache after. I've gain weight around my stomach and my breast. My weigh is ok, since I'm only 154cm long and weigh around 45kg, but I hate my breast since they are too big for me and I also dislike my belly. I want them to be more flatter. I also need to lost what I just gain and a little more.
My goal for next week and in future:
Eating/
*5 small meals a days
*drinking a lot of water
*only eating sweets or snacks one time a week
Excercise/
No change here, since I do jogging and walking 45-60 min everydays.

I'm really just going to use this thread not so much as to lose weight but to get toned!
i started off with a protein shake for breakfast this morning.
a banana for a snack.
and will have rice with vegetables for lunch :]
some other snack.
and then tuna and rice for supper :]
and i plan to lift weights after lunch.
and then go dancing tonight :]
so basically today i'm focusing on my armmmmss. they've gotten a little flabby and i would looove for them to be toned.

I ate too much at my friends house. Luckily it was stuff like salad and not super fatty food, so it's not too bad.

My parents complimented me and said that I had lost a lot of weight. (I even heard it from my dad, and when he says something its true. XD )
I treated myself yesterday and drank a soda. But I think I got used to water and tea. :] yay. (^-^)/
I don't want the compliments to get to my head so, to get pumped, I look at a picture of me in 7th grade. (Not a good one. ><; Just thinking of that picture makes me want to run a mile. XD
Running on a treadmill is starting to get boring thou. DX I'm trying to find another type of exercise.
I was watching tv earlier and I saw a commercial for this toy called "swingball". Its for ages 6 and up, but it looks really fun. XD When I have money I'll buy it.

Ooh, I want to join!
I really need to lose like ... five pounds? well, the weight doesn't matter. I just want to make my stomach flat. XD;;
Exercise
- Run at least twice before the 5k Saturday!
- Try to run 6 miles at the park, but if transportation or time doesn't permit, settle for the regular 3 miles.
- Cut running time for a 5k from 30:something to 28:something!
- Do p90x upperbody every other day.
- Do 200 sit ups every night.
Diet
- Don't slip up with soda. I've taken up drinking it again. XD More water!
- Stop eating a whole container of Pringles a day. xD
- Um... don't eat three servings of food at lunch?

YOSHI! I gave up for like 2 weeks, because of exams, and stress, but there's really no excuse.
Now, I'm back, and I have my trusty staple foods to help me through (couldn't find them for the longest time at my supermarket):
1. Exquisa cottage cheese
This is the *only* cottage cheese I like. It's not sour, the pellets are not guey it's yummy, and it fills me up - I can eat just this for bfast and be fine till noon. And I'm a starch-lovin' fiend so this is saying a lot. Just 200 cal/can.
2. Humus

I use this as a dip for veggies, or just with one pita. Can't get enough of it. 200 cal/100g
3. Basmati rice

MMMmmmm indian rice. I skip adding oil, and just put some spices. But it's flavorful by itself too.
NOW:
1: no more sweets. Simple as that.
2: parapara 2x day. Start running. Bike. Just be active everyday in a way.

hawt. I walked so much yesterday. I think I'm going to walk home more often (the distance from school to my house is approximately 2.6-2.7 miles depending if I want to pass by the library or not).
Also my new food love goes to sugar snap peas and honey sticks
