♥♥♥~*Losing weight challenge thread*~♥♥♥
No more  eating  !
This thread is for the people who need support for losing weight. So basically how it works:
you pick what you do each week in
exercise
eating habits
then you pick your prize for achieving the goals
like a treat and such to give yourself
and then you post every couple of days if you need support and such, and specifically at the end of the week to give a report. if you did good, you get a round of cheers from everybody else. And the treat! if you didn't, well, don't dwell on it, and kill yourself with guilt - remember the first rule of losing weight
Giving up is the only fail
That's it. I'll be the official bookkeeper, and keep scores of who joins, and if they gave their report. If they don't, I'll drop them a "losing weight reminder PM".
Since it's tuesday, till Sunday we're gonna have people joining in, and such. But from Monday, 22 april - we start the program, lol. Of course, people can join in at any time.

My goals for week 28-04:
Exercise:
Learn 2 para para routines, and do at least 20 minutes of practice daily
Do 20 min of bike riding 3 times/week
Diet:
Cut out all sweets and junk food. Continue to eat whatever I want out of normal food.
Treat:
Buying myself something cute with all my saved junk-f00d money *wants a strawberry necklace*
It's a small start, but it's better then nothing.

this is a really good idea ! seeing as there are so many 'losing weight' threads, it's good to have a motivational one. i know i sure am rubbish at losing weight, and it's great to have support from people sharing a similar goal
goals for week 28-04 !! i think this will probably be the same each week.. so it's okay if i don't do a new goal each week ?
exercise - not too good on the exercise front haha. uhm i' ll just stick with diet, i think u __u;;
diet ! - main one is NO CEREAL AFTER SUPPER !! (i'm baaad for this one. sometimes i have up to 5 bowls if no one is there to stop me) cereal is lovely and sosososo moreish :C
no buying snacks , and no eating inbetween meals except fruit if i'm hungry! but don't turn down a small snack if a friend offers. exception is thorntons icecream hahaha. once that week maximum. maximum 3 echo bars on monday (me and my friend buy a packet of factory rejects real cheap every monday and i usually eat about 6 orn)
treat - the knowledge that i saved money for japan ! hahaha

YAY this is so motivational DX
I have a lot trouble balancing my diet, like i'll only eat when I'm hungry and no breakfast for me =/ so I fall asleep in school a LOT, i want a flat stomache D:
My goals for week 28-04:
Exercise:
run at least 1-2 miles each day, do 100 crunches, stretch, and jump rope everyday
Diet:
Eat handful sized portions, NO GREASY FOOD, and try to drink more water =/
Treat:
knowing I'm one step closer to flat abs and no more big thighs AND money saved for Cali<3

Yaaaaay!! We can totally do this.  I'll join you guys. My weight is ok where it is, but I want to lose an inch or two of my waist and hips so I can fit into more lolita brand sizes. At a 28 inch waist, I'm on the cusp with a lot of my favorite designs, so if it's a sought-after item, forget about it. >< So, here's to eating one less cupcake or two.....in the quest to WEAR a few more cupcakes.  Get it?! I totally made a funny....
*trots off to find a HEALTHY snack*
Oh, let's see, goals for this week: Ok, I'm going to ride my bike to and from class every day for the rest of the week. (I live in the mountains and my campus is on a giant, butt-kicking hill, yikes!)
AND, food-wise: Breakfast every day for the rest of the week. I have a real problem squeezing this in in the morning but I know my food choices for the rest of the day would be so much better if I would.

YAY a motivational thread! I really need this haha ok, here goes!
Exercise: Well at my work I do lots of walking, so half an hour of fast walking on the treadmill everyday. Plus warm ups :P
Diet: Oh man Im bad at this one T_T I'll try not to have any junk food, and dont have anything after dinner~~unless its cake...KIDDING!!
Treat: Hmmm maybe buy something really cute....or save a bit more money for japan :P

Exercise:
going to the gym 2 times a week and in the holidays 3 times.
Diet:
lower down the cookies and chips. no more eating after 8 pm.
Treat:
going shopping for nice things with my mum. =) she pays!!! 
also buying things from Asiajam. since I hopefully will fit in them again.

Good idea, I don't need to lose weight just need to stop my bad eating habits and be more fit and healthy!
Goal for this week
Exercise: At least walk for 15-30 minutes everyday and exercise every other day
Food: STOP BINGING!!!!!
Treat: If I don't binge for the next 5 days I will treat myself by making (Well try to) Gong Chow Ngau Ho, which is what I have been craving for, for the past week!!
EDIT: OK FAILED!!!! I started binging heavily after dinner today, like over 2000 kcals worth!! what's wrong with me

Actually USE my gym membership, aerobics, pilates, walking.
Diet:
Keep to my glycemic index weightloss diet
Treat:
GUM; seriously, I haven't had any in over 8 months.

I may not need to lose lots of weight, but I'm going to be on TV in a few weeks...so might as well try to make myself look skinnier.. xD I don't think it'll make much of a difference though.
Exercise:
1 hour of treadmill (for the week lol), jump rope everyday (like I should be), hell of a lot of sit ups, push ups and the like.
Diet:
No junk food (like chocolate, ice cream, sweets)...but other than that, the same. No midnight snacks, lol.
Treat: Hmm...just knowing that I'm healthier is enough for me.

This sounds like fun.
I really love motivation, as sometimes it gets tough.
My goals for week of 28-04
Excercise:
hmm.. Not very good with that. go walking for at least 10 to 20 minutes a day.
Diet:
Try to drink lots more water, No fast food, and less (unhealthy) snacking in between meals.
Treat:
Making those fairy cakes that someone gave the recipe for in the Food Talk topic.

Aww, that sucks. But if you keep trying at it, even though you might fail again at some point, you will see how you binge less and less until you don t do it anymore.
I-ve pretty much failed myself - ate a bunch of sweets today, but I had so many stressful things on my mind.. but starting tomorrow, I will really dedicate myself to this goal.

Yay !~ I need one of these threads so I can get into a bit of better shape before A-kon. . . ^-^; I am already at a average and normal weight but it wouldn't hurt me to eat more healthier and thin up a bit more ~
My goals:
Exercise:
o Each night do at least 10 push-ups and 10 sit-ups
o On Friday/Saturday check out the Fit TV channel and excercise once I am done with homework.
o Dance !~ Hehe , A easy and fun way to help lose weight.
Diet:
o No eating/drinking: Junk food, Soda, Pizza.
o For lunch bring a fruit to eat ^-^
Treat:
Having nice thighs for A-kon , so I won't be so weary when wearing the skirt I have to wear haha. .^-^;;

Oh God. I have that same problem as well XD
We don't have good cereal in our house anymore, so I'm safe... for now D:
I need to slim down a little for Prom :\
Exercise
- Exercise for 30 minutes each day
- Focus on upper body strength
- Learn how to dance >_> VERY IMPORTANT considering I never danced in my life
Diet
- No soda, chips, candy, and BK/Taco Bell (argh)
- Try to bring lunch more often
- Drink more water/tea (I used to drink alot, but for some reason i stopped)
Treat
Prom-body!

It's alright, the real week starts on monday  , this is a sort of warm-up
And it would have been rude not to eat at your grandfather's bday, he would have thought you weren't having fun.
I once kept a diet on my bday (then again I was sweets free for 8 months  ) and it kinda spoiled people's enjoyment a bit.
But I'm gonna get that crazy willpower again.
