I dont know what to do though. It was fun to do.
I have a terrible obsession with cutting and coloring my hair every 5 minutes.

I got a cut today...

Other than a bang, it looks THE EXACT SAME. >=(
Buuuut I'm getting a perm done on Friday. =D

My mother is going to kill me. She already bitched at me when I got home and now I'm in even more trouble. GAH.

I dye my hair a lot. A lot. A lot. I'm pretty sure my hair would really like to punch me in the face for all I put it through. I dyed my hair dark red last week, and I'm planning to bleach some more things out. I cut my bangs as well, since they were poking my eyes out.

Its current flat state, since I decided that rainy days and hairspray will create a horrid mess.

Its sad little blonde stripe, which I intend on bleaching out to hell to make it lighter, and then giving it some friends in my bangs.

im bored of my wavy hair, so i think im gonna get a cut this weekend and start straightening it like crazy.

something like this: (not so long in the back though)

i love the bangs, but mine would never look like that so im gonna get some choppy ones.. i need a picture though X_X

im really excited. : D i think im gonna dye my hair back to a brownish color eventually, too.

Sooo... I got a new haircut.
The last one they gave me was NOTHING like what I wanted, so they fixed it for me free of charge. =D
It looks way different now, and I'll post a pic when my friend's digicam gets batteries in it. Turns out I didn't really need a perm, I just need to learn how to style my hair. =/

pinkhaireddreamboy, I love the texture of that girl's hair.

Anywho, I'm a hair dye virgin so I have no idea what it's like. I'm considering getting some colour in it, but I don't know what kind... I don't want anything too wacky, at least not until my wardrobe does. =P
For those of you who have dyed their hair: what does it:
1. smell like
2. feel like (itchy? burning?)
3. cost like
4. make hair feel like AFTER the procedure
5. how long does it last

That's a cute haircut. I think brownish hair would suit you very well.

1. It smells not that good but bleach smells even worse.
2. In my opinion it doesn't really hurt, it feels like you have a sunburn on your scalp. haha
3. I can only talk about german prices...the cheapest dye costs about 3$. If you go to a hair stylist it will probably cost more.
4. It depends on your hair. Since you dye it for the first time, it won't come out too bad I think.
5. There are different types. Some can be washed out, some will stay in for a couple of weeks and some will have to grow out.

1. Hairdye doesn't smell that great. And make sure you wash it out well or the smell may linger. Bleach is sickening. And it burns when you breathe it in.
2. As long as you stay away from rubbing it in your scalp, you should be fine. It may irritate you if you have sensitive skin.
3. Depends which kind you use. Storebought is usually $2.50-$12.00 here.
4. Sometimes it does not make a difference. It can catch up and dry it out though if youve done it a lot. Bleach sucks everything out, so it dries it up quite a bit.
5. Different dyes last for different amounts of time. Be careful which shampoos you use. You might want a color protectant, regardless to hieght in price..regular shampoo has an alcohol in it that kills the dye color.

stroberl & Siren: Yes, you guys certainly helped! I'm getting my hair dyed at a salon this Friday, and I want a light brown or purplish red. But seeing as it's salon-done, it can't be that bad, right?
If my friend's cam will have batteries soon... I'll post the result.

Changing my hair made me more rebellious-minded, haha.
I got partial highlights, it was all I could afford today LOL. No bleaching, just dye. Honey & light brown.
Crappy pic... and thanks, guys. I'm officially scared sh*tless of bleach now lol.
But I'm totally re-doing my hair in the summer when I see my friend who I haven't seen in 4 years =D.

This is my hair from last weekish. I've cut the bangs since then, so its choppier and shorter and kinda sweeps across cause I parted it more to the side. It's a bad picture, you can't see the little layers on top. On a good day I fluff them up, lolz, but mostly my hair just looks wierd with little fluffy layers since its so short.
