well, like how it's just kind of sticking out everywhere, hair that's damaged gets poofy...also there really isn't such a thing as bleaching your hair and it not being fried :[ |

I know. I might make the bottom half blue-black, and the top purple. Not sure though, I'm still working on the colors. |

I am really psyched cuz I am getting my hair cut and dyed on monday! Its only going to be about 70 bucks so...I am really happy!  Plus Ill get my nails done and I will get a massage! Spa day for Osakagrl!!~~ If I were to actually let my hair grow out I would get that japanese at the bottom of the hair curl...thing. I think it is SO CUTE! But alas, I look like crap with long hair so I have always kept it short ^^v |

you should do dark blue, dark purple, & fuscia, people i've seen with that look awesome. just make sure you go to a professional so the placement isn't funky :] |

I saw someone who had hair like that! It was awsome. She was a hair stylist too, so maye I could get her to do my hair. |

I'm definitely not a fan of fashion mullets or over-bleaching/dyeing. Mullets are a pain to grow out, and frying your hair is not uhh healthy.
I love the girly Japanese haircuts a user posted, I'm going to use those for inspiration. =D As for my hair which is in serious need of a style:
