Thanks guys. oh btw if you guys need style or hair pics for inspiration i can scan some. I have lots of japanese fashion magazines unfortunately they are all in japanese. SO CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT???? Thanks!!! BTW, IF YOU CANT READ IT YOU CAN COPY PASTE ONTO UR COMPUTER AND OPEN IT THAT WAY THEN ONCE OPENED YOU CAN ZOOM IN AND IT SHOULD BE PRETTY CLEAR.

they are just loose curls. you can easy make them with a curl iron..

I can't read it, but I can tell what she did:
- make the pouffy thing. I can do this blind folded. Basically you get that piece of hair, and while you turn it back, your twist it a bit, put it down (it helps to make a bigger pouf if you set it down closer to your forehead - the hair bends in a pouff as a result) and as it's pouffy, set it with a pin
- pin the strands next to face, but only thin strands - you'll want the curly ones to overflow over the pinned hair
- loose curls (you can do this without damaging your hair by putting on some curlers, letting them sit on your head for 30 min- hour) then when you undo them, put some hairspray on when they're a bit curlier then you want (because they will sag with time).
