white/pearl pencil eyeliner that does NOT smudge on oily skin

yes i know sounds like the perfect eyliner..but do any of you guys know if there's a PENCIL eyeliner that has a pearl or off white color that won't budge when in contact with anything oily/moisturizing?

Err actually, I purchased some of the Taiwanese shimmering pencils and I'm still waiting for them in the mail. Once I get them I can tell you if they work well or not? ^^;

i did some research on the internet and my top whitish eyeliners that i want to buy are Make up forever aqua eyes in silver and covergirl perfect point plus in starlighting. i'm debating which ones have more staying power but i don't want to buy them yet :[

i bought white rimmel london eyeliner, it works quite well. It doesn't smudge much but i dont lay it on so much on the bottom. I only put it on the corner of my eye to half of my bottom eye lid.

i bought the jumbo eyeliner from sephora for $5 and it stays on really well for me. (:
the texture is a bit...waxy though. -___-
it goes on really easily and is more natural looking than my avon white eyeliner that looks REALLY white. :B

I used to use Maybelline Cool Effects (... but I'm not too sure if they still make those ^^;;.. ) which were gel pencils. <3 gel eyeliners coz the texture is super smooth and it stays on for quite a while. I have oily skin and most of the non-budge stuff still manages to smudge on me. I found that gel last the longest on my skin.

ohhh thats what i use i have it in the pearl and gold!! works pretty good but i havent seen em in drug store for awhile now.....

Btw. laughsalot, is there any reason why you want pencil? I'm currently using MAC gel liners, which you apply with a brush. <3<3<3 MAC gel liners.

i just like something that applies easily but removes easily with a simple cleanser(pencil eyeliner) but the tricky part is finding one with alot of staying power lol. i need something that lasts during my school hours(8am-2pm)

I have milky way! its off-white/pearly colour. by annabelle.
I didnt want white as well and I love it so far.
it lasts pretty long too.

Hmm... that might be a big ask if you have oily skin.

I would still recommend a gel liner and use a waterproof makeup remover (I use L'Oreal's Gentle makeup remover for eyes and lips) which gets rid of the my eye make up very easily.
