Do you like dim sum? What's your favourite one?
I can't choose my favourite -.- But siu mai and ha gow are one of my tops.

^ Siu Mai; the outside I believe is a noodle-like covering and the inside is a mixture of beef, pork and shrimp. There's also a bit of rou on top ^__^

^ Ha Gow; made of tapioca flour, water and salt for the outside and the inside is shrimp which has been put in water overnight so it'll be softer.

I love it too :3 especially water dumplings. If anyone is ever up in New York City, Joe Shanghai's is famous for water dumplings...

I don't really have a favorite at the moment. I'm still a newbie when it comes to eating Dim Sum since I only started eating it a year or so ago. But Ha Gow is one of my favorites.

i thought there was only friend man tao with condensed milk ._.
i use to love jun jyu gai, but now not so much lol!
i have dimsum 3 times a week ._.
