Negatives should only be given out to spammy or attacking posters. Yet, I sometimes get negative reputations for giving out honest opinions.

under your posts theres that little green rectangle put ur mouse over that and it will say
to rate users look above your post and goin date to where it has that little blue scale thingy and click on that

ahhh i see. when i was reading through, i thought cool meant the little bubble by the name. ah i see. so this is sort of like the point system batsu uses, except that batsu went all crazy with them before.

Okay. I totally get the green bubbly thing.. but I'm wondering how come I can't see what people rate me. That just means that no one HAS rated me, right? Cos you start off with 10 points and the 'distinguished road' thing, right?.. so.. yess..

Any purpose to this except seeing if the person is a nice or a bad guy? Was also wondering how you increas or decrease someones reputation to afraid to click on the scale weight and accedenitally decrease someones reputation
