Over dying? :|

Well, I've been dying my hair since I was elementary. I do it a lot, like, amount wise. I dye it a different color or redye it the same color every 2 months or more. My blonde is wearing out so I was debating whether to rebleach it or just dye it a different color. My friend said I should stop. xD

I've never had any problems with my hair after dying or bleaching it. It's pretty thick. Ehh but he said, "Watch me say I told you so when you're 30 and bald." and that really scared me. I'm just wondering if I'm over dying my hair or something?

they're really thick so the crease doesn't stay when i stick
the fork-like applicator thing in, and so i have no idea where to
put the glue. I tried putting the glue in a random place and
then tried to make the crease, but it didn't really make my
eyelid double it just held up my skin sag lol. Does anyone
have any suggestions?

Hey guys, it's been a while since I last posted. I've been searching for -actual- organic shampoo and conditioner lately, and I'm not sure where to go! D8 I don't want to buy something that LOOKS organic (by the label), and it end up being...not. :/

So fellow Jammers, can you help me out here? Also, something that won't break my wallet?

Make your own pore strips!

Not sure if anyone has seen this video by Michelle Phan..but she made a video on how to make your own pore strips using only 2 ingredients!

I tried it and it really works!
I usually get a ton of pores and black heads on my nose and have trouble getting them all out. And buying pores strips gets expensive after a while so this is really convenient for me :')

*_Things you will need:_*
Non flavored gelatin
Milk

*_Other supplies:_*
makeup brush
microwavable cup
Microwave

*_The video ↓_*
Make Your Own Pore Strips (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-bjOB4zS0uE&playnext=1&videos=g6mNoDjfSaA)
__________________________________________

And Alternative to using a microwave would be making it on the stove!
Below are directions made by _*filtti*_ (Thanks again for sharing that!)

*Directions*

Put the element you wish to use on high, and let warm up.
In a small pot, preferabley the smallest you have.
Put 1 tbsp of milk, one tbsp of gelatin into pot, mix untill state as shown in video.
Try to keep the ratio of milk and gelatin even, if you want to make more mixture. eg: 2tbsp for 2 tabsp.
Turn temperature on element down to medium, and bring pot to.
Let rest for 5 or so seconds, then begin to stir the mixture untill it turns into a liquid.
Continue mixing, untill the final reasult is shown. (State showing in video, once she removes mixture from microwave).
You want the mixture to be quiet hot, but not something that will burn your skin.
I used my finger as a tester.

*DONE!*

The actual idea of the strips is that the warmth of the mixture will bring your
black heads to the surface of the skin. Much like when using a warm towl.
The mixture will cause the black heads to stick, and thats how we pull them out!

Permanent Hair Straightening

So i have wavy-curly hair, and I realllllly want to straighten it. but my mum and my hairdresser said that my hair is so soft to do so, because most of the straighteners on the market are for african-american type hair, and it'll burn my hair out! D:
My hair is pretty soft and smooth, and its not terribly curly, but its just shaped.....weird. i mean, it waves and curls in the oddest places. It's not ugly or anything, and sometimessss it'll come out cute, but i dont want that. i want to know that if i simply finger dry my hair with a blowdryer that it'll always come out nice like when i was a kid T^T

Any tips on gentle hair straightening kits, soloutions, or things i can get done at the salon?
thank you!
