What do you eat for breakfast?

I think it's interesting to hear what people eat for breakfast, because it varies a lot in different countries : )
Like, when I went to England, the stuff people ate for breakfast was only sweet food, while here in Norway people often eat salty things as well. ^^
although a lot of people here do not eat breakfast at :|

Ok, what I had for breakfast today was:
-1 bowl of multi grain cereal things
-1 banana and 1 nectarine cut in small slices
-1 glass of grapefruit juice

i usually like to have a frozen fruit/soy milk smoothie in the morning... but my roommate took her blender when she moved out so

now i either dont have breakfast or i have a fruity breakfast pita. and if its the winter then oatmeal.

todaaay i had peaches and pears for breakfast i like to have fruit to start off the day!

For breakfast...

1. Rice...no true blue Pinoy breakfast is ever complete without it.
2. 1 egg, sunny side up.
3. A serving of beef tapa
4. Lots of juice and water...I'm a drinker

^ Usually this type of meal is called "tapsilog" because it's a combination of beef "tapa" and "itlog" (which is egg).

My favorite breakfast is scrambled eggs, bacon, lightly toasted toast with butter, and a big mug of hot chocolate. >U<b

But it's not very often that I get to eat all this, 'cause no one feels like taking the time to make it.. x__x;; We don't eat breakfast very often in my house, and if we do, it's usually just pancakes. ._. And it sucks, 'cause my favorite meal! ><

I'd make it for myself, but bad things always happen when I try to use the kitchen.

I never eat breakfast. It makes me sick to eat that early. Usually my first meal is around 2pm-5pm

2 slices of bread with butter and Hagelslag (chocolate sprinkels looks like this ) I love it, it's my favourite and then a slice of bread with ham and some milk

my usual breakfast, but sometimes when I don't feel like eating I eat yogurt and tea

well, i dont have breakfast so i guess my first meal of the day is lunch. so it's either a sandwich/roll or instant can soup w/toast or microwaveable Hamburger Helper

Huhu many of you don't eat breakfast... I understand that very well, I used to feel really sick when I tried to eat in the morning... Especially yoghurt >_< But you should try to eat something. Or even just drink something, that helps too.Like, even just drinking a glass of juice is much healthier then skipping the whole thing, because it makes your body start the digestion (I think that's what it's called?? xD) after not eating the whole night and it'll make you burn a lot more calories ^^,

Huh, I didn't know that! ^^ When I don't have enough time for breakfast, I usually just make some hot cocoa to go. n__n (I hate coffee. ><;;)

umm i used to have these pretzel things they where called SUPER PRETZLE!! but now they dont sell them anymore. so i drink smoothies :P with no vanella!! haha

i don't really like breakfast, but it's just cause i don't like breakfast foods. for the most part anyways.

during school year i'll normally just have a toaster strudel for breakfast. i know it's junk food but i really just don't like most breakfast foods! sometimes i'll have rice krispies or honey nut cheerios.

and if i'm lucky someone will buy me a breakfast sandwich from tim hortons ;D

but lately i wake up too late to eat breakfast anyways.

same with me,for school i never used to eat anything but my grandparents foced me to>< and now i wake up to late xD i wake up at lunch hour o.o
