help!!!! (this is pretty important...?)

how do i become a 'returning customer'?? Every time i try to look at anything on this site it tells me i have to register or log in and then when i click 'new customer' it just brings back the same page over again.... it wont even let me see 'faq' or 'contact us'! what do i do??!!

I guess a returning customer is just ordering more than once from Asiajam, with the same account/e-mail?

Oh, it's not you, AsiaJam always had a little bit of a problem with the logging in thing. Just now, I experienced the same thing you said...it wont let me log back in as a returning customer.

I had problems but solved the problem by logging in on the Netscape browser and surfing asiajam through Netscape. On Netscape...no problems for me. But on AOL which uses Internet Explorer...problems.

thank you everyone.. i'll try and see if i can get netscape somewhere but i think i only have aol and internet explorer T.T

Try using another computer. I did, and it works on this one, but not on the other.

well i only ordered once and was able to log in with my email address anytime after that ...
