I don't find anything wrong with being chubby, but this suggestion is really good =) for those people who want to buy something, but can't cause there's no sizes that fit them ><! I reckon If you did add a few more sizes, it might expand AsiaJam just a bit little bit more ^.^

I agree larger sizes are needed....
Most of the skirts would fit me fine according to the measuremeents it's just the tops, even if they fit around the waist sometimes there up to 6 inches to small for my chest O_O Stupid big boobs >:[

A little off and on topic...

Really, you can eat junk food once in awhile. But I find proper meals to be more delicious. xD *being off topic*

It might just be that asian people have better metabolisms.
When I was in Amsterdam I was considered a petite person (is 5'9'' petite??), but that's just because Dutch people, both men and women are really big! Not necessarily fat, but they're taller and their bone structure is denser! And they don't have a lot of North American restaurants there, it's just the way that they are.
Part of it could be genetics... that coupled with the lack of healthy food in North America. Here in Canada it's pretty good though, lots of good stuff at the grocery store!
I think people focus on their weight WAY too much. Everyone is different, we're not all expected to be small and petite. If you're tall with curves, then enjoy it!
And yes, it would be nice for asiajam to have a few bigger sizes...

^^^yeah, the health food section at our supermarket is bigger then the junk food section! and plus they want people to use sunflower oil now in junk foods instead of the stuff that was used before. so even junk food is healthier.

chuh! exactly!
THATS the problem!
companies orginally make clothes for skinnier girls, then to make larger ones they just scae up the smaller sizes, forgettingthat your proportions often change as you get larger. its generally not 'im big but i have a flat stomach and perfectly proportioned breasts' for me its 'round tummy and great big boobies' (im not particularly ashamed of being rounder xD)
so yeah
thats annoying
also, to the comments about possible faster asian metabolisms, i may have to agree
girls at my school (70% of which are from Hong Kong) can easily eat 3 plates of food at lunch, and are still damn skinny, despite doing vair little exercise
not fair i tell ye!
(although on the other hand, when they eat very little, they still dont lose much weight. this is rather annoying to my friend, who rather wants to get skinnier)
im also quite surprised at how much response this thread is getting. cool!

what I like about Asian girls is that they have "full" faces-so when they're chubby-it's cute. When I was fat [literally fat] two years back, my head always looked too small for my body

i dunno... maybe its an individual thing...
i have a friend who is pretty big but she is GORGEOUS
and im not just saying that
but then there are people who look like theyve been blown up like a ballon and then allowed to shrivel in all the wrong places...
or girls who are perfectly attractive, if a bit round, but wear clothes that make them look awful... by which i mean low cut jeans (MUFFIN TOP)and crop tops, so the belly hangs out....#
i wanna t-shirt that says muffin top ^.^

haha-sorry to change the subject a bit, but that's quite funny.
I'm obsessed with cupcakes.
yeah, about the pretty girls wearing clothes that make them look awful, I have a BUNCH of friends like that. They don't understand that if they get their clothes in a larger size, it'll actually make them look slimmer

totally
or they try huuuge things which just make them look like tents
and again, the problem of blouses. flattering over the tummy and pulling over the breasts? or tent like over the tummy and fitting the breasts.
so hard.
bring back clothes that fit!!!

I agree 100%!!
I'm American and I think that we need to destroy all of the fast food places and start eating healthy. I'm not chubby or anyting, but I, myself, hate the americas as well because we just don't know how to take care of ourselves.
And if we do then that's only.... 30-45% in the whole U.S. :/
Darn us Americans! D:<

Well.. being skinny/short is hard too..
most shops sells bigger sizes kinda hard for me to find something
when i find something they are super expensive...
aj suddenly has a HUGe update.. I like those dresses but cant buy.. =(
i need an xs =( *sigh* btw those dresses arent really tight so if u buy a size M it could be more loose, some xs are like a size M to me!
goodluck girls
