I've already wrote to Bubble Pop so my reply is just to keep the public informed.
The reason given by the post office for returning Bubble Pop's parcel is: Unclaimed. As all AsiaJam shipments need to be signed for upon receipt, parcels that fail to be claimed/signed after a certain period will be returned to our offices.
I have personally checked whether the notification e-mail was sent and indeed, it was sent to the e-mail address registered under Bubble Pop's customer profile on 9th May.
Perhaps it was accidentally deleted, went into Spam, or didn't reach at all.
Either way, it is AsiaJam's policy to cancel the order and issue a refund if there is no reply from the customer after several days as we do not want to hold on to the package for too long.
