Raise the number of posts for lucky draw?

I was thinking instead of just 10 posts for the drawing there should be at least 20 posts. So that people don't just join and leave. Also, I think it might lower spam, 'cause if the posts are raised there would be less people just joining for the lucky draw and instead joining 'cause they actually care about Asian fashion.

some girls ony post for the draw.. and sometimes it's really annoying to see somebody making 10 post in the same threat.. can't image if you need to post 20! XD

I don't think someone would make that many posts unless they were REALLY desperate for a prize! xD I know I wouldn't. D; Anyway, it would be even more obvious if they're just doing it for the draw, if we notice someone who just joined, doing 20 posts in one day and then randomly stops posting. We could always repost it as spam and ban 'em. ;3

I don't think so because some people struggle to find topics to reply to or can not think of one they would like to start.
I think for now we should stick to the 10 post. Besides a little competition never hurt anyone! LOL. J/K

Its a pity ppl only post/spam for the lucky draw and then leave..

i'm not too sure, i think the spamming would go up but it also could go down.
maybe 15 posts....
it really doesnt matter to me cuz I never keep track of how many posts i make.
i just reply and say whats on my mind.

Usually I would agree with you, but lately I have been very busy and it's hard to get on Asiajam D: Making the count 20 seems a bit much... didn't it used to be five? So it's already been upped before.

And I do find it hard to reply to topics xD Often I'll write a reply then think it sounds silly so I hit the back button ^^;

idk, I'm always really busy during the school year so I can't keep track of how many post I make within a month....like last month I was like 'oh, wow, it's already the end of November~!...did I ever post 10 post? O_o"

And it's really hard for me to post on threads because I feel kinda dumb with my replies sometime I'll always read a lot of posts but only post ever now and then depending on the topic

I don't know 20 seems a bit much to me especialy for people who can't go on as often. And besides aren't the posts carefully screened before hand when someone is under consideration for winning? If someone makes spam posts they most likely won't win right? well at least thats what I thought, I could be wrong.

10 posts in a month is not a lot, 20 neither. I shouldn't be hard to post more than 20 posts if you're really into this community.

Yeah it shouldnt be hard but then there are those people who are busy you know, who cant always get onto AJ and post that much..well..there are like at least 30 days for you to post I guess....I think 15 sounds reasonable. I mean, 10 IS really easy to do..and it is sad how people just do like 10 in a day and then stop posting till next month

I don't think posting 20 posts instead of 10 would be a difficult task for spammers LOL!

There are chances that increasing the posts from 10 to 20 may increase spams also as the spammers would post more to get into the lucky draw.
