What was the most racist thing your parents said
my dad:
"date a chinese girl, white girl is okay, but chinese is better"
my mom:
"if you date a black girl, i will disown you"
(or whenever i talk about a girl) "is she chinese?"

Um before my dad passed: "I don't want you to ever date/marry a black guy."
My mom- Agrees with ^^ And then said something along the lines of white guys/korean guys would be better {korean- because if i moved there she can communicate with people if she visits and whatnot} and not a japanese guy {because she doesn't want me to move to japan}. But, I don't think she mentioned chinese guys. lol.
But, I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter too much. We weren't really talking about this seriously when she said it unlike the first statement when my dad said "I don't want you to ever date/marry a black guy" thing - he was dead serious. o.o lol.

Well.. My mum's told me never to be with a black guy. For the only reason that she thinks they're all the ghetto type and bad influences. I think she'd end up accepting it if I ever was, though.
I don't think she has any problem about me being with my boyfriend (he's asian, i'm white.) She even mentioned that she'll probably end up having half asian grandchildren one day, so i think it's fine xD
uhmm.. My dad doesn't have any real problem with any race, he'd accept anyone. He jokes a lot about asian stereotypes though. My boyfriend finds it amusing, so.. I guess it's all good (:

My parents say I can date or fall in love with whatever race and they'll accept it...
Although they've admitted that me being with a black/Muslim guy would make them a bit uneasy.
My mom has admitted that she hopes I marry Asian so he can be closer to the family.
Luckily for her, I prefer Asian guys anyway.

My parents have never told me I can't date anyone from a different race as such, but my Grandma specified that she'd "rather he wasn't German."
My family don't say racist things intentionally, but when I wore my kimono for the first time they said about my Obi ~
My Uncle: "Why have you got a life jacket on your back?"
My Grandad: "It must be difficult to show affection to a japanese girl, you'd end up getting your arm caught up forever if you hugged her."
My Mum: "Why do asians attach cushions to their backs?"

Mhm, my parents aren't really racist at all and let me date whoever I want. XD I'm black ( I think.... >_>) and my boyfriend is white. I live in a ghetto kind of neighborhood, and the only bad thing I think my mom ever said was, "Don't bring anyone who lives out here home with you."
As in... no ghetto, ignorant people. XD It doesn't just relate to blacks though, because not all blacks live out here. Luckily for her, I'm not the type to like ghetto, ignorant people ._.
My dad doesn't like Trent, so he's always telling me to date a black guy. XD I'm not really attracted to black guys though, so... There's that. XD

eeeh not too bad, my mom was like "well black guys can be like that, they beat their girls a lot". i think she was only saying that because chris brown was on the tv. besides, one of my sister's best friends is black and my mom loves him.

My mum says she isnt racist but she clearly is the only race she has a problem with is Muslim people so if she is driving (the muslim people drive like crazy people here) and she makes some comments im not evan typing
my dad on the other half isnt if he is with my mum when she makes a comment he is just like "oh Michelle be quite!"

Not to date Muslim/black guys or Vietnamese guys. My best friends are Viet, I'm Cambodian. oh the irony~~~ I don't really have any preferences when it comes to races though

I can't really think of anything my parents said, but I'm pretty sure my dad has something against Black people... he HATED whenever I watched Kenan & Kel...
My boyfriend's mom doesn't like Chinese people though... when my boyfriend first told her that we were dating, first thing she said was "..Is she Chinese?" and if memory serves me correctly, went on a mini-rant about Chinese people.
As far as dating goes, I have no clue. I'm assuming my dad wouldn't be too keen on me dating a Black guy, but I don't know how my mom feels. My boyfriend is Korean, and my older sister's boyfriends have all been white guys, so I guess they don't care.

Yeahhhh... whenever it came on he would be like "oh, NO!" and have this really disturbed expression and walk away.. XDD I dunno what his problem was, maybe he just didn't like the jokes? But whatevs, we all know Kenan & Kel was awesome. 8D

My parents are fine with me dating whoever as long as that person isn't dangerous.
You may not believe it but I really can't remember my parents ever being racist. They accept all races and don't think any is superior or inferior. They raised to respect all races.
